California Road Trip

On a road trip through California, I stopped in a small town outside of LA. It was the small town of Lebec. What drew me to this small town was the unique Airbnb accommodation. The stay was on an Alpaca ranch! Just wait… it gets better. There were camels, donkeys, and peacocks! This place is something out of your dreams.

The “Lone Juniper Ranch” is the name of the place. It is a quaint ranch with a lot charm. The diverse group of animals combined with the beautiful Californian hills, it is simply beautiful. I am an animal lover by nature, but this place absolutely took my breathe away. If you find yourself on road trip in the area, you must stay here.

The alpacas are beyond friendly. They come right up to your fence and greet you. You can buy carrots from the ranch to feed to them. They give you a huge bucket of them!

The Accommodations

The accommodations themselves are basic cabins with the essential items. Each cabin is spaced out far enough from other guests that you feel you have enough privacy. You have a private fenced in area off your patio with fire pit. The alpacas come right to your fence to hang out. This fenced in feature is great, if you are traveling with your dog(s).

The hills surrounding the property are easy to hike and have stunning viewpoints.
