How to Make Strawberry Chia Seed Jam
Strawberry Chia Seed Jam
One of the best alternatives to regular jam is chia seed jam. It creates the perfect gelatin texture from the seeds without the pectin in real jam. You are also in control of how much sweetness you add to the chia seed jam. If you are trying to avoid sugar, this recipe is great! It is also an excellent way to add some fiber and omega-3s into your everyday.

Affordable and small, but powerful! This is my go to for food processing. It is a smaller appliance that can easily fit in the cupboard. I use it to make chia seed jam, hummus, salsa, you name it!
