Wash and cut the stems off of the strawberries
In a food processor, add strawberries. Blend until smooth
Add chia seeds to strawberry mixture and blend until combined
Add liquid honey, cinnamon, and lemon juice
Taste chia seed jam for level of sweetness, if not sweet enough add more honey
Scoop into air tight container
Place in fridge for minimum of 1 hour
Enjoy! The strawberry chia seed jam will last a couple of days in the fridge
